Our Story
More than just a name, Le Panier d'Herbes is a story, a scent of life woven from travels and encounters.

This story is that of Blandine & Boubacar, two paths, two cultures, two sensibilities that come together, just as spices are enhanced in a masala.

Blandine, passionate about commerce and exchange, comes from a family where the land, the seasons, and cooking have always been central to her life.
In her family, each dish is a memory, a connection, a gesture of love that links generations through taste.
Boubacar, on the other hand, grew up surrounded by encounters and sharing.
Between two cultures, two cuisines, two rhythms: that of his father, a great French chef from the era of the sleeping cars, when gastronomy traveled along the railways and across borders... And that of his mother, generous and filled with the aromas of Africa.
